Mince Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 kg mince
    1 potato
    1/2 Tbsp. ginger
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 onions
    few green chilies
    mint and coriander leaves
    2 slices bread
    bread crumbs
    oil (for deep frying)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Boil the mince with the potato, ginger, garlic, turmeric, salt (according to your taste) and chili powder.
    Chop onions, green chilies, mint and coriander leaves.
    Add to the mince with the bread (soaked in water).
    Shape into rolls.
    Dip in eggs and coat with the bread crumbs.
    Deep fry in hot oil.
    Makes 6 servings.
