Far East Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Mirin Sake
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Heat the oil in wok or frypan. Stir-fry onion and chicken until meat is cooked (5 minutes).
Add soy sauce and Sake.
Heat through.
Serve over white rice.
