Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 c. rice
    1 tomato, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 can beef bouillon soup
    water
Preparation
    Brown the pork chops in a little bit of oil.
    Put rice in casserole dish.
    Layer pork chops on top of the rice.
    Add a layer of sliced onion, then tomato slice and top with bell pepper.
    Add enough water to make one cup to the pan the chops were browned in. Stir and pour over rice and chops.
    Add can of beef bouillon soup. Cover and bake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
