Chicken Curry Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken or 4 breasts, boiled for 45 minutes
3 (10 oz.) pkg. cauliflower or broccoli or 1 lb. fresh
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
6 slices bread, cut in cubes and mixed with 1 cube butter
Preparation

Boil chicken; bone and break into pieces.
Cook vegetables; drain, then put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with chicken.
Make a sauce of mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice and curry powder.
Pour over chicken and vegetables.
Sprinkle cheese over all and then top with the buttered bread cubes.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
