Barbecued Beef Or Pork Sandwiches(Very Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) boneless chuck or pork roast
    1 jar barbecue sauce
    hamburger buns
Preparation
    Place roast in the bottom of a crock-pot.
    Cover with water and cook on low overnight.
    In the morning, pour off the water. Shred the meat.
    Pour barbecue sauce over meat and stir well. Cook on low all day.
    Serve on hamburger buns.
    This works well with a pork roast also.
