Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 box lasagne noodles
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    Parmesan cheese
    16 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
    16 oz. mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef and onion together. Boil lasagna noodles in 4 quarts of water.
    Add pinch of salt to prevent sticking.
    Boil approximately 8 minutes and set aside. Add spaghetti sauce to ground beef mixture.
    Mix cottage cheese and egg until well blended.
    Layer in 9x13 inch baking dish as follows:
    noodles, beef mixture, cottage cheese mixture, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
    (Approximately 3 layers.)
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake approximately 35 minutes.
    Let cool 5-10 minutes before cutting.
