Relish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can baby peas
    1 (16 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Drain first 3 ingredients well and add green pepper, celery and onion.
    Mix all together and marinate in the following:
    salt, pepper, sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar and water.
    Let stand 24 hours, refrigerated.
    Drain well and serve chilled.
    Store remaining in refrigerator.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
