Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut fine
    1 c. onions, chopped
    4 Tbsp. bacon grease
    2 lb. zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. tomatoes, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Fry bacon.
    Reserve 4 tablespoons bacon grease to brown onions.
    In casserole, alternate zucchini, cheese, tomatoes, onions, bacon, crackers, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
