Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 c. (3 oz. pkg.) herbed stuffing mix
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken; coat 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
    Combine chicken and buttermilk in food storage bag; push out all air and seal.
    Whirl garlic in food processor; add stuffing mix, oil and pepper.
    Whirl; pour into baking dish. Shake off excess buttermilk from chicken and roll in stuffing mix; arrange in baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until internal temperature registers 165\u00b0.
