Mustardy Fried Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, split and skinned
    dash of black pepper
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
    In a bowl, beat together egg and mustard.
    In separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs, mixing well.
    Dip each chicken breast in egg mixture.
    Then roll in cheese mixture until evenly coated.
