Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    grated Parmesan
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 sliced thinly onion
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sherry or white wine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Rub cheese on chicken.
    Brown in butter.
    Remove chicken.
    Add garlic, onion and mushrooms; cook until soft.
    Blend in flour, broth, wine, salt and pepper.
    Add chicken; cook until tender. Serve over or with rice, noodles or spaghetti.
