Lessie Williams' Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 box light brown sugar
    1 stick melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients and pour in two unbaked pie shells.
    Insert pies in oven.
    Reset oven temperature to 350\u00b0. Bake for 40 minutes or until crust is brown and pie is firm.
