Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. thinly sliced celery
    2 c. broccoli
    1/3 c. sliced onions
    1 c. bean sprouts or canned green beans
    2/3 c. thinly sliced carrots
Preparation
    Heat oil in large frying pan or wok.
    When hot, add carrots, onions and celery.
    Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Add broccoli and cook 2 minutes.
    Add liquid and cook 1 minute or until bubbly.
    Add beans; reduce heat and cover pan and cook 2 more minutes.
    Serve over rice.
