Hot Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded sharp process cheese (about 8 oz.)
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt or 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Mix cheese and butter. Stir in flour, chives and seasoning salt (or garlic salt) until blended. Shape into 1 inch balls; place on ungreased baking sheet. Cover and refrigerate up to 48 hours.
