Spinach Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo macaroni shells
    2 (9 oz.) pkg. creamed spinach, frozen in cook in pouches
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. ground beef (optional)
    1 (32 oz.) jar marinara sauce
Preparation
    Cook shells as package directions, al dente.
    Cook spinach according to package directions; empty into a large bowl.
    Mix cheeses into hot spinach and let cool slightly.
    Add salt and pepper to mixture.
    When shells are cooked, drain and rinse.
    Brown beef, then add sauce and heat until warm.
    Stuff shells with cheese mixture and put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover with meat sauce.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes until bubbly. Can be frozen.
    Serves 8 to 10.
