Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    stew meat
    6 to 8 carrots
    2 to 4 celery stalks
    1 onion
    1 c. tomatoes or stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    pepper to taste
    garlic to taste
    3 or 4 potatoes, cubed
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Prepare all ingredients and put in cooking bag.
    Cook for 4 hours at 250\u00b0.
