Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    1/8 c. oil
    salt, thyme, oregano, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin, cubed
    3 tomatoes, cut into eighths
    3 onions, cut into 1-inch wedges
    12 whole mushrooms
    1 green pepper, cut up
    any other vegetables desired
Preparation
    Marinate beef in vinegar, oil and seasoning mixture overnight. Alternate beef on skewers with vegetables.
    Broil 3 inches from the heat for about 15 minutes or grill.
    Keep basting with the marinade.
