Corn Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. butter
    1 lb. sausage, crumbled
    2 qt. cubed white bread
    1 1/2 qt. crumbled Corn Bread
    2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Saute chopped celery and onions in butter until tender.
    Combine with meats, breads and seasonings.
    Add parsley and chicken broth.
    Mix lightly.
    Turn into greased 13 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
