Shoney'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon Jell-O
red food color
1 pt. strawberries
Cool Whip
favorite pie crust
Preparation

Bring sugar, cornstarch and water to boil, stirring all the time.
Cook until thick and remove from heat.
Add lemon Jell-O. Let cool.
Make pie crust and cook.
Let cool.
Wash berries and put into cooked pie crust.
When filling is cool, add red food coloring for red filling and pour over berries.
Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
