Pasta With Marinated Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large ripe tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
    4 oil packed tomatoes, drained and coarsely chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1/2 lb. garganelle or penne rigate or mostaccioli
    1 c. fresh basil leaves
Preparation
    Combine fresh and sun dried tomatoes, garlic, oil, salt and pepper.
    Marinate at room temperature for 45 minutes.
    Coarsely chop basil and add to hot pasta.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Serve immediately.
