Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Spanish salted peanuts (with skin)
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
    2 c. small marshmallows
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    2 c. peeled and diced apples
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and save juice.
    Combine pineapple with marshmallows and refrigerate overnight.
    Cook until thick the pineapple juice, egg, vinegar and flour.
    Refrigerate.
    Then combine all.
