Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. lightly packed bread cubes
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins (if desired)
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    In a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, spread the bread cubes in bottom.
    In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, salt, raisins (if desired), milk, margarine and eggs.
    Pour mixture over bread cubes and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
