Carrot Cake(Microwave Oven) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar junior carrots
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. nuts
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients; beat 2 minutes.
Use a 10 x 10-inch greased pan.
Bake on Full power (500 watts or more) in microwave for 10 minutes.
Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
