Fish Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish (sole, flounder, sea bass, trout, haddock)
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Brush each fillet with mayonnaise.
    Mix cheese and crumbs. Roll fish in mixture.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until fish is slightly browned and flakes easily.
