Tea Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cucumber
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 or 2 drops green dye
1 loaf white bread
Preparation

Use fork to score cucumber lengthwise around entire cucumber. Slice and keep in chilled water.
Cut bread in round shapes, using inverted wine glass.
Combine cream cheese, mayo, onion and dye. Spread on bread rounds.
Top with sliced cucumber.
