Baked Turbot(Fish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 filets of fresh turbot
    2 red onions (medium), sliced thin
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Butter a 12 x 7-inch dish.
    Cover bottom with onions.
    Place fish filets on top of onions.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with sour cream and top with tomato sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
