Barbecue For Crowds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    4 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and celery; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer to desired consistency.
