Egg Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1 c. sour milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 rounded Tbsp. flour
    4 or 5 eggs
Preparation
    Bring sweet milk to boiling point.
    Beat eggs lightly; add sour milk, sugar and flour.
    Beat slightly again.
    Pour slowly into hot sweet milk.
    Cover with a lid and let stand several minutes.
    Stir slowly until it separates.
    Remove cheese from whey by using a ladle with holes or a colander.
    When set, serve with table syrup.
