Cajun Crawfish Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow corn meal
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced jalapeno peppers
    2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 eggs
    16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. oil
    2 lb. crawfish tails
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix corn meal, salt and soda and set aside. Beat eggs well and add onions, peppers, cheese, oil, corn and crawfish tails.
    Combine this mixture with dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased 12 x 14-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until golden brown.
