Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked yellow squash, salted and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of onion soup
    1 small carton sour cream (fat-free)
    1 carrot, cut up fine (optional)
    1 medium onion, cut up fine
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbal stuffing
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except stuffing, and place in layers in a casserole dish.
    Layer squash mixture, then a layer of herbal stuffing.
    Do this until all of squash mixture is used.
    Top with herbal stuffing and sprinkle with butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
