Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic, smashed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. cumin powder
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. beef bouillon
    3 potatoes, cubed
    frozen green chili (if not available use 2 small cans green chili to taste)
Preparation
    Brown ground meat in skillet.
    Rinse in colander under hot water to remove excess fat.
    Return to skillet.
    Add onion, garlic and other seasonings.
    Cook until onion is tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
    If desired, add other vegetables such as celery, zucchini, carrots and so forth.
