Bavarian Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 medium apple, diced
4 lean pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

In 8 x 8-inch baking pan, combine vinegar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, pepper, caraway seed and apple.
Top with pork chops.
Brush each with Worcestershire sauce.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave on High 5 minutes.
Rearrange chops; reduce power to 50% and microwave 7 to 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
