Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves or allspice
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. fat-free half-and-half
    1-1/2 c. fat-free sour cream
    3 lg. eggs
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. raisins, plumped
    1 Tbsp. chopped hazelnuts
    1 9-inch baked pie shell
    1 c. whipping cream
    1-2 Tbsp. lemon juice, or to taste
    1-2 Tbsp. sugar, or to taste
Preparation
    To plump raisins, cover with boiling water and let stand about 5 minutes until they are plump and soft; drain well before using.
