English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. powdered milk
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 c. wheat germ (optional)
    6 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix yeast, powdered milk, warm water, sugar, salt and wheat germ, if used.
    Let bubble after stirring.
    Turn oven on to lowest temperature and let mixture rise for 10 minutes.
    Add flour and baking soda.
    Mix and knead well.
    Grease well 2 loaf pans.
    Put half of dough into each pan and let rise in warm oven for about 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, until the bread sounds hollow.
    Remove from pans immediately.
