Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large ripe tomatoes (or 2 qt. stewed)
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. parsley or cilantro
    3 Tbsp. lime/lemon juice
    1 tsp. cumin (ground)
    1 fresh jalapeno chile, seeded, ribs removed and minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
    Use Ro-Tel to increase spiciness.
    Do not try to can this, it will explode!
