Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    2 small apples, peeled and chopped
    1 1/2 c. frozen blueberries
    1 c. cranberries
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    artificial sweetener to equal 8 tsp. sugar
    8 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine dry milk, crushed pineapple and lemon juice.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add vanilla, cinnamon and sweetener; continue beating.
    Add baking powder and flour.
    Fold in blueberries, cranberries and apples.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
