Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes (3 lb.)
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.
    Moisten potatoes with water and shake, add a few at a time in bag, coating well with the cheese mixture.
    Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Place potatoes in a layer in dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour; turn potatoes once during baking. When golden brown, sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
