Sausage Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease skillet.
    Brown sausage and onion.
    Drain.
    Combine eggs, cornmeal, corn, milk and oil.
    Pour half of cornmeal mixture in skillet, then put sausage and onion mixture, then cheese, then pour remaining batter over all.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
