Louisville'S Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls or pie shell
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. onion
    1 stick margarine
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Press rolls into a 9-inch pie plate.
    Saute zucchini and onion in margarine until tender.
    Beat eggs.
    Add eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and oregano to zucchini and onion.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Cover with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
