Bishop'S Bread(Coffee Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. shortening
    3 c. brown sugar
    1 1/3 c. sour or buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour and shortening.
    Save 3/4 cup mixture for top crumbs.
    To remainder, add baking powder, eggs, soda, milk and cinnamon.
    Beat briskly until batter is smooth.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Scatter crumbs over top.
    Bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch pan.
