Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 stick melted butter or oleo
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    6 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    Cook vegetables as directed on package; cool.
    Combine all ingredients thoroughly and bake in large covered casserole dish for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
