Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 cooked, deboned chickens
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Place chicken in bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
Top with crackers; dot with margarine.
(You may freeze the casserole at this point, thaw overnight in refrigerator.) Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until mixture bubbles on sides of casserole.
Serves 10 to 12.
