Miranda'S Chow-Chow Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tomatoes
    2 cucumbers
    1/2 small onion
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 to 1/2 c white vinegar
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes and cucumbers into small pieces. Peel and quarter onion, then thinly slice, add vinegar. Refrigerate up to 8 hr in tightly covered container, shaking and turning occasionally to coat vegetables. This is good with hotdogs, hamburgers and pinto beans.
