Favorite Marinade For Beef, Chicken Or Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Place meat in a large bowl.
    Cover with marinade.
    Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Remove 1 hour before using.
    Drain meat and reserve marinade. Broil on barbecue.
    Baste with remaining marinade.
    Cook meat until done.
