Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 stick oleo
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Pour hash browns into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt stick of oleo and pour over.
Mix next 6 ingredients well and spread over hash browns.
