Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix oil, eggs and sugar.
    Add salt, soda and cinnamon to flour.
    Add to mixture.
    Stir in carrots by hand.
    Add a few nuts if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
