Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick butter
    water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and wash potatoes.
    Cut in medium hunks.
    Place in large pot and cover with water.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Turn off heat.
    In bowl, beat together milk and chicken soup; add to potatoes.
    Add the butter, salt, pepper and 1 cup water to the potatoes.
    Boil potatoes until tender, but not mushy.
