Roast Chicken And Sauerkraut, Microwaved(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cleaned chicken (weighing 3 to 4 lb.)
    salt
    pepper
    1 lb. sauerkraut (fresh or canned), drained
    1/4 c. low-calorie margarine, melted
    paprika
    poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and drain well.
    Sprinkle inside lightly with salt and pepper.
    Fill cavity lightly with sauerkraut.
    Place chicken in 2-quart microwave-safe baking dish with roasting rack, breast side down.
    Brush skin with 1/2 the melted margarine. Sprinkle with paprika and poultry seasoning.
    Tent slightly with waxed paper.
