Mommie Sue'S Fluffy Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini- cut in 1 inch pieces
    1 small onion- chopped
    1 green pepper - chopped
    1 clove garlic-minced or dash of garlic salt
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. butter
    3 eggs -beaten
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    add salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in small amount of water until tender.
    Saute onions & green pepper until tender.
    Mash zucchini. Blend all remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Pour into greased 8 x 8 pan. Sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
