Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

romaine lettuce
1 clove garlic, cut in half
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
5 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
dash of pepper
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. seasoned croutons
2 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation

Wash lettuce; tear into large pieces.
Rub garlic halves around inside of a large wooden salad bowl (discard garlic).
In salad bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, mustard and pepper.
Add egg yolk and mix well.
Add lettuce, croutons and cheese.
Toss lightly.
